FUTURE READY WORKS REFERRAL PROGRAM
Terms & Conditions
By participating in the Future Ready Works Referral Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Referral Reward
Eligible participants may earn a $100 referral reward for each qualified referral who enrolls in an eligible Future Ready Works program or service and satisfies the applicable payment requirements.
2. Qualified Referral
A qualified referral must be a new customer who has not previously enrolled in or purchased the applicable Future Ready Works program or service. The referral must identify the referring individual through the referral process so the referral can be properly credited.
3. Payment Requirements
Referral rewards are not earned solely because an individual submits an inquiry or begins enrollment. The referred customer must successfully complete the applicable payment requirements established for the program or service.
For participants using an installment payment plan, the referral reward becomes eligible only after the required payment obligations have been successfully completed.
4. Cancellations, Refunds & Disputes
A referral reward will not be issued for an enrollment that is canceled, refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, or otherwise determined to be ineligible.
5. Multiple Referrals
Participants may refer multiple eligible individuals or organizations and may earn a separate referral reward for each qualified referral.
6. No Self-Referrals
Self-referrals are not permitted. Participants may not refer themselves or create duplicate identities or accounts for the purpose of receiving a referral reward.
7. Duplicate Referrals
If the same individual or organization is referred by more than one person, Future Ready Works will determine referral credit based on its records, including the first eligible referral received or the referrer identified by the customer during enrollment.
8. Referral Reward Payment
Approved referral rewards will be issued using a payment method designated by Future Ready Works. Referrers are responsible for providing accurate information necessary to receive their reward.
9. Taxes
Referral recipients are responsible for any federal, state, or local tax obligations that may result from referral rewards received. Future Ready Works may request additional information or issue applicable tax documentation when required by law.
10. No Guarantee of Enrollment
Submitting a referral does not guarantee that the referred individual or organization will enroll, qualify for a program, receive grant funding, or purchase services.
11. Program Changes
Future Ready Works reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will not affect referral rewards that were already earned and approved before the effective date of the change, except where required by law.
12. Program Integrity
Future Ready Works reserves the right to deny or withhold a referral reward in cases involving suspected fraud, misrepresentation, duplicate submissions, abuse of the Referral Program, or failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a referral, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Referral Program Terms & Conditions.
